Duty members need to be at the Hall 30 minutes before the dance starts unless we are having dinner, then it is 30 minutes before the dinner. Typical dance start time is 7:00 so you need to arrive at 6:30. Our dinners usually start at 6:30 so you need to arrive at 6:00. All duty members share both kitchen and door responsibilities. If you are unable to do your duties, it is your responsibility to notify the Vice-President as soon as possible that you cannot do your door and kitchen duty on that date.

November 28th, Happy Thanksgiving! (no club meeting; November/December meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, December 11th)
November 29th, PAC & River City Dancers New Dancer Jamboree, Milwaukie Community Club, 10666 SE 42nd Ave., Milwaukie; Darrell Kalmbach is the caller and Tami Helms is the cuer; apparel sale 6:30 - 7:30 pm, dance 7 - 9:30 pm, break at 9:30 pm December 5th, Promenaders Plus dance December 7th, Sunset Promenaders mainstream dance; our guest caller will be Scott Zinser and our guest cuer will be Randy Lewis December 11th, November/December club meeting via Zoom, 7 pm; a link to the meeting will be sent out via e-mail December 19th, Promenaders Plus dance December 21st, Sunset Promenaders “Christmas” mainstream dance; we are having a Christmas cookie contest!; prizes will be awarded for the best entries December 31st, TVC New Year Eve Dinner Dance , Hillsboro IOOF Hall; Daryl Clendenin is the caller and Jeanine Norden is the cuer; ham dinner at 6 pm, pre-rounds 7 - 7:15, plus tip at 7:15, mainstream dance with every third tip plus 7:30 - 9:30; an exclusive celebration of the New Year will happen at 9 pm; $8 donation; the Sunset Promenaders are co-hosting this event with the TVC. January 2nd, Promenaders Plus dance January 4th, “Wild West” mainstream dance; chili and cornbread will be served at break; we have a surprise as well, so don’t miss out! January 16th, Promenaders Plus dance January 18th, Sunset Promenaders mainstream dance January 23rd, Club meeting TBA January 24-26th, Mid-Winter Festival “Dancing Around the World in 2025”, Linn County Fairgrounds, Albany January 30th, Fifth Thursday!
